DBT Skills group addresses

• Increasing mindfulness and self-awareness
• Developing skills in tolerating stress and managing one’s own emotions
• Developing interpersonal skills

Eligibility Criteria

• Active MaineCare Insurance Coverage or Private pay

• The participant must have had a comprehensive assessment and diagnosis, complete with LOCUS assessment completed by one of the agency’s clinicians to assess for eligibility

Referral Process

• The participant must be 18 years of age or older (unless the group is specifically for teens).
• Ideally, the participant should also have an individual therapist who can help support the client in using their learned skills.
• Referrals can be submitted using our online request for services or by calling our office.

We provide services at our Benton and Wilton Offices and via Zoom.

Triple P addresses:

• Risk factors associated with behavioral difficulties common in children or teens
• Providing parents with skills to effectively manage parenting challenges and feel confident in their parenting decisions
• Teaching parents about providing family environments that support children in reaching their full potential

Eligibility Criteria

• Active MaineCare Insurance Coverage or Private pay

• The child must have one of the following qualifying disorders: ADHD (any subtype), Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Conduct Disorder, Intermittent Explosive Disorder, Other Specified Disruptive, Impulse-Control, and Conduct Disorder or Unspecified Disruptive, Impulse-Control, and Conduct Disorder
• The child must be between the ages of 5-12 (or between 13 and 17 for the teen modality)
