Selection/Hiring of Personnel

Prospective personnel must meet the following requirements:
- No criminal conviction classified as class A, B, C, D, or E within the preceding ten (10) years.
- No disciplinary action by a professional licensing, registration, or accrediting body that pertains to consumer abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
- Must hold a valid driver's license.
- Certified nursing assistants/personal support staff must be in good standing with the CNA Registry.
- Professionals must maintain a valid professional state license or certification.

- Employees working 32 hours or more for six months accrue earned benefit time up to two weeks annually along with full dental coverage.
