Outpatient Therapy for Children

Out Patient Therapy (OPT) is a service involving individual and/or group therapy. Modalities such as cognitive behavioral treatment, family therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and numerous other strategies are intended to assess, counsel, and promote growth in clients through behavioral health counseling. This service is offered through planned interaction with clinically licensed professionals with the goal of promoting reduction of client stress and increased independent functioning.

Outpatient services are offered at our Benton, Brunswick, and Wilton behavioral health clinics.
